DRX131342: RNAseq of Teleaulax amphioxeia: High photon irradiance
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 22.5M spots, 6.4G bases, 2.2Gb downloads

Submitted by: JFREA
Study: Teleaulax amphioxeia transcriptome
show Abstracthide Abstract
The marine dinoflagellate Dinophysis fortii derives plastids indirectly from cryptophte Teleaulax amphioxeia via their ciliate prey, Mesodinium rubrum. Thus, D. fortii plastids are originated from the cryptophyte. To identify D. fortii genes derived from the cryptophyte via lateral gene transfer, transcripts of D. fortii, M. rubrum, and T. amphioxeia were sequenced by illumina NextSeq500.
Sample: Teleaulax amphioxeia under high photon irradiance
